Submission Requirements:
Application form (1 copy)
Consent form for the collection and use of personal information (1 copy per participant)
Certificate of enrollment or leave of absence (1 copy per participant; graduation candidates may submit a certificate of expected graduation)
Proposal: 15-minute presentation in PPT format (include a PDF copy to avoid formatting issues)
Event: Presentation of entries and awards ceremony

6. Notes
Submissions must be original works not previously awarded in other contests.
Submitted entries and related documents will not be returned.
Submissions may be used for promotional purposes via social media and other media platforms.
For winning entries, the prize money is considered fair compensation for transferring copyright (including derivative work rights) to the host. Contestants not agreeing to this will forfeit their award.
Contestants bear responsibility for any disputes regarding copyright, plagiarism, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Violations will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of awards or prizes.
Any materials cited must include proper source attribution.
Tax obligations related to prize money are the responsibility of the recipient.
Prize money will be awarded to the team leader; the organizers bear no further responsibility for its distribution.
Judging details will not be disclosed, and if no entry meets the criteria, the number of winners and awards may be adjusted.
