We examined the Korean lodging industry trends for the first quarter of 2023 using key revenue indicators like average daily rates (ADR), room occupancy rates (OCC), and revenue per available room (RevPAR). We also analyzed the responses of lodging industry operators and consumers related to the '2023 Korea Accommodation Sale Fiesta,' which took place from May 30th to June 30th and was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization.
