We took a closer look at the developments in the Korean lodging industry (hotels/motels/pensions) during the third quarter of 2023. Using key revenue indicators like average daily rates (ADR), room occupancy rates (OCC), and revenue per available room (RevPAR), we delved into the changing market dynamics. Furthermore, we split the analysis between international and domestic travel to understand the summer travel trends of South Korean citizens.
